Cancelation Policy

A credit card is required for booking an appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so no later than 24 hours before your appointment start time.

Canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours of your appointment time will result in 100% of the service fee being charged to the reserved credit card.

"No shows", will also result in 100% of the service fee being charged to the reserved credit card.

If you are running late, please call or text (520) 490-9276. If you are less than 15 minutes late, the service will be shortened into the time allotted. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. In both cases, you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment.

We realize that it is easy to forget an appointment made months in ahead, so for that all our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance.
